As says the title, I'm looking to buy any perfect req9 tactics shields. Nice skin is preferred. Prices must be negotiable.

Also, I'm after a -5e 20% enchant sword/axe. Usually with a "Brawn Over Brains" insc and 20% enchants. Nice skin preferred.
