i have all three campagins and i started on nightfall and went to cantha but i am on the kaineng city and i want to go to shing jea island how do i get there

Characters from other campaigns will need to travel to Seitung Harbor by boat from Kaineng Docks on the mainland (outside the Marketplace). First Mate Xiang can be found in both those locations to offer passage to and from the island.

*Head down to the Marketplace.
*Go outside to the Kaineng Docks.
*Talk to First Mate Xiang.

Keep in mind there are no quests available to you and you don't get rewards for completing missions. Only reason to go is to unlock Shing Jea Monestary for events and exploring and missions for titles.
