Need Directions Plz-PostSearing to LA

I I have been playing GW with all expansions inc Eye of the North and Like the idea ofhaving your heroeslevel up along side you, instead of the useless henhmen or deadmen as i call them...
So to the point, i have only 1 character is post Searing and have done a couple of the quest missions (dont know the nameson the map unless i have the game open) I need to know the route to take from Postsearing starting City to Lions Arch and which way I need to head N S E W?
My character is level 16 now i think so i cant be far off getting there, it's just frustrating knowing which direction i should be heading in.
