Ive just found an Oaken Aegis.
Stats:

Armour: 14 (Requires 7 tactics)
Health +19 (Could be changed to Health+30)
Inscription : Crap (Could be changed to anything you want)

15 AR is max for q7, 14 AR shields can be found with a req as low as 6. So I'd just merch it.
