Hmm Mursaat eh? The damage mod is pretty unwanted but it is r9. I would say around 100k but please get more opinions, I'm not so sure about it..

the damage mod is perfect for a Ranger [+15/-10AR while attacking] , but use a Brawlers Insignia [Armor +10 while attacking] to counter that and it's +15 always [unconditional ] , just thinking outside the box and anyone else on the other items ??? cheers .........bumper
