Grim Cesta will be higher, I think, if it's the bird-talon/claw skin variant. Maybe 8k for glove skin and 15-20k+ for talon? Just best guesses really based on other r8 blue offhands I've seen recently. If it turns out to be extra handy for something popular like Discordway, then even higher prices.
Smiting Staff - get a perf kit and salv the 20% ench to sell for 5k+ easily. staff afterwards, maybe 8kish? I see a lot of folks looking for smiting staves but they tend to ask for insc. ones. Not sure how that'll help/hurt yours with 20/10 fixed.
Prism - guessing 50k, maybe more. Elemental r8 offhands have been getting 40k offers in r8 blue and are selling for 50k+ in r8 gold lately. But I think that's more for ele secondaries, like W/E, than primary eles. Not sure if the demand is the same there for r8 en storage.
