Where do you get hamstring from? I am very very tired of chasing people entire battles.

try captain osric in yak's or something. i remember i bought mine from one of the earlier towns. 
on another note, what's the deal with all the people without hamstring in pvp? then they complain that people run around and start swearing. Seriously, if you can't catch the person running around, it's your own fault for sucking. And don't say it's pointless to run when you're by yourself because I have beaten four or more people by myself, as long as my skills were recharged.
