Demonic Aegis is a very unwanted shield it seems. Can'tbe dyes bmight be part of the reason.

Regardless, I had one (q9 tact) on sell for weeks with s/b 20k and no bites. eventually sold for just that.

I'd say even 40k is a little high.

20-25, imo.
