Code 15 hits AB

So i dont know what its like on the kurz side, but for the last ~10 times the countdown has reached zero we've had the good old code = 15 message, and its district wide, preventing anybody from entering a match

Error 40's are hitting PvE too. Looks like when we try to switch into Euro, we get code 40.

I guess they are just messing with the servers since they are removing hb/ta this week. Happens sometimes before big updates.

Yeah lag happens, but i dont ever recall it being this bad

i speculate that it is because of the preparations being made to remove HB!

I wonder how much harder it is to play inside the server with the game active instead of shutting down while changing.

I believe that they have multiple servers.

This looks more like a network issue - I will check with IT...

EDIT: Oops, Martin already commented. Well, I seem to remember something about a latency issue but can't find it.

You and Regina always blame the networks but never tell whats really going on. Why dont you just admit the truth.

Because the truth is that it looks like a connectivity issue, as many players can play just fine.
As said before, we informed the Network Operation Center (NOC) and they will look into it.

Just fix the Red Resign issue and remove the stupid error code 15 from all other PvP areas.

If people resign in HB they should get dishonorable... and the other person should not get a win if the score is still 0 to 0 and not even started.

Or just remove the faction reward of 6000 balthasar factions from the HB zaishen quest...

So why does error code 15 only come when the Zeishen quest is Hero Battles????

Dishonourable because they upset their heroes?
Dishonourable is put in place because the player who receives it has "let down" their teammates in an arena where teams are random (RA, AB)

And i really dont believe that they meant for code=15 to happen

Dishonorable would stop them from entering another game for a few minutes and so prevent the servers to be overflown by players who just dont want to play... but only want to join and leave... if you dont want to fight then don't play Hero Battles at all...earn your factions like everyone else does!
