Ok I have tried to farm Chilling Wisp in Battledephs to get one. But they never drop for me. Is there any place that there are many foes that drops the shield. And how you famr them? Builds, Proffesion etc.

From dungeon running experience, fleshreavers seem to drop the most for me.

got 4 gold darkwings from frostmaws dungeon (2 from chests 2 from drops) 1 gold in snowmans dungeon from chest, 1 blue from ice imps outside olafstead, and 1 gold from zchest... So it seems to me, that you only have to go, and do some dungeons (and opening chests) to get one...

got a few from locked chest which spawn where enchanted[sword,spear,etc] spawns
and drops from fleshreaver
