Greetings GW Guru Community,

I won't bore you with a two pages long presentation, I'll get straight to the point. My name is Austin, I'm currently working as a freelancer on various of gaming communities such as Gamespot. I am in need of one or two people who would consider themselves "Guild wars experts", it's prefered if you still play the game and has done so for over a year. I am simply interested in an interview which can also be paid for in a small sum. If you're interested to earn a few bucks by simply answering on questions about the game you love, then you're the person I'm looking for.

You can either throw me a Private Message here or just reply in this thread and I'll contact you.

Regards
Austin.

A freelancer would likely not want to actually pay some gamers to answer questions. They get paid little enough as is. Given that the OP also misspelled the word "paid" (among other grammatical errors) does raise more red flags. If anybody bites, be smart.

Ravious, I agree with you, I should have presented myself in a more professional manner.

The reason for this interview is that I've been commissioned by the Swedish Level7 to write an article looking at successful MMO’s. I've talked to plenty of people, mostly WoW players; and also interviewed several people who have set up and run their own private servers. (I keep them all anonymous, of course). As Guild Wars is rather more unusual, and unique (?) - Certainly very popular game among certain groups- I was hoping I could find experienced players to interview, something over email, MSN or similar, where I can send you a bunch of general questions/themes, and you reply. It seems I found quite a bunch already, thank you all for the support.

Regards
Austin.

I'd be willing to do the interview, bucks or no bucks, no matter really :P

I've been playing for about 2 and a half years now. And still do ^^.

I'm mostly PvE and Lore, but I also know and been playing PvP since the beggining.

I'd be up for answering a few questions...don't know what you consider "expert" though. Have been PvEing for around 3 years now and getting into PvP for another half a year ontop of that.

I am interested in this. I am from sweden so it would be fun to read an interview on a swedish site that I was participating in. I've been playing the game for over three years now so I think I am quite an expert on the game.

I just did the interview, and I am convinced he is completely legit. He asked decently proposed questions, he definatly picked up on what I had to say. (I truly had the feeling he was writing what I was saying down)

And before anyone asks: No he didn't ask for my password.

Gl with the interview (Trying to put all the bits if info together) Austin!

I'm definatly looking forward to the article.
