Z-Coin 'Down-grading'

I was wandering if there were any plans to impliment a system to trade silver coins back to copper / gold coins back to silver. With the new PvP rewards system introduced I know for a fact that I'm a bit miffed. I transfer all my z coins into gold before hand because I was led to believe that all armour would be bought with them, and at a reasonable price. Yet now I see that it costs an obscene amount of gold coins for armour I could already afford, minus the obsidian, and EotN armour (which I expected to be Exotic) requires silver coins, which I don't have.

Any chance of being able to turn gold coins back to 10 silver? I don't see why it couldn't happen.

they should make it so you can salvage it so it can go back down imo.

definitely need change machine for zcoins primarily because it takes less space to store gold coins than stacks and stacks of other ones.

No need for that, completely no need. Just store all your Z-Coin wealth in Silver coins. There's nothing worth buying that costs copper zoins and you can always upgrade to golds when needed. Storing gold coins is only worthwhile when you'd have more than 500 silvers ... any reason to get more than 500 silver and not spend them on anything?

Too late? I've already got 18 gold coins. What would be the harm in letting us trade back (even with a similar fee like trading up)? Very simple addition I'd say.

Been suggested before (by Shayne Hawke I think?). Still a good idea. There is no reason not to do this. I mean... does the guy an McDonald's say "sorry sir, I can't take this dollar bill, I need you to pay with 100 pennies"

Ofcourse it wouldn't hurt, but if you use a brain when managing your ZCoins you'll never ever need such a feature.

Not that it would be any hard to add:
10 silver coins for 1 gold +100g to the gold zcoin trader
50 copper coins for 1 silver +50g to the silver zcoin trader

Great suggestion. I ran into this dilemma when trying to use coins to unlock critters in my menagerie.

It's been suggested before, but /signed again. It's nothing you can't get around easily enough anyway though.

I know I have a thread with this (mine was stupidly titled however), I think maybe DE has a thread with this, I think even somebody else has a thread with this (maybe Shayne, I trust Hawk to know what's going on)...

/signed again and again - I even like the idea to pay the same cost you did to upgrade to downgrade. If it takes 10 silvers +100g to make a gold, it should take 1 gold +100g to make 10 silvers.

Absolutely no reason to be against this bar dev time for more important things. I can't imagine it would be difficult to implement in the grand scheme.

no real reason not to, small effort really from devs. Especially if more things are added later in the game to this, like this last one was.
