Ok, well welcome to the pc boards! 
for future reference, when you're asking for price checks, what's important to tell us is
- color of text, blue/purple/gold
- name of item, like Copper Crusher (and in the cases of named items that have more than one skin, it helps to specify which skin variant.)
- requirement and attribute if it's something that can drop for different attributes (hammers we can figure out are hammer mastery.)
- if it's inscribable, that's all we need to know. if it's not inscribable, then we need to know the inherent mod(s)
- it should be up to you to check the value of any attached mods to see if you're better off removing them with a perf. salv kit and selling separately.
Now, as for your hammer ...
If that is a max damage, gold texted, inscribable req 9 Copper Crusher (which only appears inscribable as far as i know) then I'd say it's worth no more than 5k, if that, and it could take you quite a while to find a buyer. If it's over req 10, I'd say it's merch or salvage for steel/iron.
