There is another new build tonight. I do not know what it is but it all seems very nostalgic, like in the earlier years of the game. It doesn't matter what the build is, it just makes the game feel more alive and cared about.

This build fixed the bug to allow z-coins for pvp skins. I don't know if anything else was done.

The more so because often it meant some small skill adjustments or something else to refresh the game a bit.

just checking if its just me but ive closed gws re opened to download thenew build... and its not downloading.. any one eles having this problem ?

* Fixed a bug that that prevented some players from unlocking towns decorated for Halloween.

Personally, I believe the update today was them JUST finishing bugs tests/etc... for the new quests. I know Lindsey probably won't admit it, but I bet she was working on this until the last minute. Good for her and I hope her effort shines through.

There's no reason for an update for any other reason, since its pretty much the same every year. It wouldn't make sense for it to be a bug, since there were none significant and with the limited Live Team, I doubt they would change something stupid like lighting, etc...

Well they did make it so that when a event should take place you dont have to restart to get the update anymore, so it could be that,but yeah it would't surprise me if its how you said.

Except, of course, to fix that bug mentioned in the dev notes above - people not having Lion's Arch/Kamadan unlocked after they'd done the proper quest was a rather important issue to address.
