Did they take out some collectors for halloween?

Hi guys i was just wondering if they got taken out this year or if they havent arrived yet?? the collector of drake flesh used to be in Kodluno Hamlet along with the collector for silver coins. Now i cant find the drake flesh collector??? someone know wats going on or if i just cant find him

If I'm not mistaken, in years past they've added collectors as the event went along.

yes, it sometimes take time for all of the collectors to eventually appear. if he's not there yet, he should show up in a day or two or few

They add them slowly, and one in NF is in the outpost to the west of kamadan and not in kamadan itself also.
