TaggSilar

Please be specific as i am totally new to this, thats why im starting with frozen soil. And for the record, i did search, however i couldnt find a thread that gave the specific location that i should place them.

Place them just outside of aggro range of the wall. That way, spirit range extends beyond the wall and they can't res, but they can't target the spirits. Usually you cast them along the left wall.

Spirit range is the halfway mark between your aggro bubble and the radar. Just make sure all the red dots are in spirit range and you're fine.

more or less a party leader should be giving directions to everyone including pinging where to place FS, but generaly its best to place it outside the aggro circle as mentioned above.

Specifically, if you are standing roughly facing the center of the wall (the wall that comes down), back up until you are at the edge of the drop off and place them there.
Or, to put it another way - as you go from the spawn point toward the wall, you get to where you can turn right and head for the bridge. Put the spirits along that edge.
Some people put the spirits too far back - the enemy rezzer - not the corpse - has to be in range of the FS.

or, think of it this way:
make it far enough back that one of the 2 earth aoe's (churning, sandstorm) can't hit it if it's cast on the farthest back ally, if that ally is as far back as their aggro bubble will allow them to cast. Once you measure this out on your radar, make a mental note of where that is on the terrain.
