Stuck in Nightfall

I was helping a friend get his character from Prophecies To Nightfall so he could get heroes. We did the quest "Sunspears In Kryta" and made it over to Nightfall.

He received his heroes and did the training. All went fine until he tried to return to Lions Arch using the Travel Option. Lions Arch isn't in his list for destinations.

We have tried everything we can think of....

He is stuck in nightfall...

Anyone have any suggestions how to get him back to Lions Arch??

Well I have an update....

We found a round about fix by accident. We decided to check out some guild halls together as a party since he wasn't able to return to Lions Arch.

I was in Lions Arch and he was in Kamadan. We met at our current guild hall and explored the various halls available from there. When we were finished I simply made the choice to return to my previous location. I expected to return to our guild hall we already own and ended up in Lions Arch. As a bonus because he was part of my party he was there with me!

So in a way problem solved. Now if we can just figure out what caused the error to begin with....

Sounds like you found a way to use that old bug that allowed people to jump to areas in campaigns they shouldn't have visited yet.

I actually had the same exact problem, although my character is currently guild-less. I tried to fix the problem by going to Boreal Station, but when I do go there, Lions Arch isn't even on my map screen, though, I have some of it mapped out from when I ran around. So basically, I still can't get to LA yet.

I was stuck in factions with a tyrian char.... no option to map to LA....followed your method of teaming in the GH with someone who had mapped there from LA... then just left GH and we both ended up in LA.. had me worried for ages...

UPDATE: Nope still bugged...If I leave prophecies I don't have option to map back to LA and have to repeat the process... really irritating...

So if you map travel to nightfall, you are stuck there again? I will have to check with my friend but maybe he can repeat the "sunspears" quest and travel to elona to complete the quest a second time. Maybe that would fix it....?

You need to get to Consulate Docks so that L.A. shows up on the Boat, I think. (The boat in the water that you use to travel between campaigns.)

That means you need to do Battle Preparations - Securing Champion's Dawn - A Land of Heroes - The Time is Nigh. That will get you to the Docks and then L.A may show up on the boat, or you may need to do the Consulate Docks mission.

I cant see that repeating sunspears quest will fix it... its an odd bug from the halloween updates.... Lions Arch as a town just isnt on map (If I leave and go anywhere I need to get a run back or do GH map with a guildie to get back in) ... heres me stood in LA.....

Well thats just strange.....

I will have to ask him if he is seeing the same thing with the missing icons.

I hope this is just a bug with halloween and gets fixed soon.
