Over the past week or so, I was looking for some.
From what I saw, I think Total's guess above is off. Like with all PC's, it's a matter of finding motivated buyers and sellers, so nothing personal - just here's another opinion.
I've seen them offered as high as 45k reserve here (higher in game, but you can't really trust every quoted price you see in Kama.) I've arranged to buy some for 25k, which I thought was about the min. reasonable expectation.

EDIT - @ Tenebrae below - I'm not so sure about that. It's been looking to me like there are a few old-time skins that are fetching higher prices and demand as inscribable r9+ rather than inherent r9+ lately (yes, that's usually not the case in general.) Zodiac Daggers, Celestial Daggers, Chaos Axes are all ones that spring to mind. Lots of folks out there want inscribable r9 or higher versions - only guess as to why is that you can't get 10hsr or 10hct mods on inherent gear. Of course, opinions vary on all this stuff; in the end, it's what a buyer and seller agree on. Just saying, I think these may be one of the rare cases where inscribable versions fetch more than inherent 15^50 or +5 at the moment.
@jnarc17 - If you're just looking to unload them and need a price to quote interested buyers, try the 20-30k range and get it done fast. It's up to you if you're willing to wait around/look for the more motivated buyers I've mentioned.

Closer to Total Lockdown price , half of current non insc ones , wich is about 25-40k. Higher prices for insc ones are luck imo.
