Ok, what you have there are max damage, insc. req 9 gold Savage Daggers with junk/worthless mods attached.
So we'll PC the daggers themselves for their skin, color and req. I'd say you could sell those at most for 3-5k. I'd also say it will take you a while. The skin is not very popular, nor is it very uncommon. If you get lucky and find a buyer that likes the skin or is just looking for a cheap pair of daggers, great! Up to you whether or not it's worth your time.
