The New Henchmen Builds

So what are your thoughts on the new Henchmen builds? I have to say it having a beast master then a Minion Master in my group that was not a hero was a nice change. To be honest I have noticed a difference with the changes. They seem alittle stronger than before (I have only been in factions since the change so not sure elsewhere how they are working)

Nika is super good now, she's always welcome on my team. Devona's Earth Shaker is a HUGE plus. Healer Henchmen are no longer utter crap as they are better than most players heroes.

eh. They changed henchmen after I finished all my vq'ing and hm/nm missions. Well whatever if I do take them again, i'm sure going to miss charge!. At first I always raged at how bad the builds for hench wars were but I'm going to miss the party wide speed boost to get me from place to place quicker.

He used to have LS which was crap,then awesome and now they remove it from the hench...

I'm sorta disappointed that they removed "Charge!" from every Warrior's bar, because I liked to use those henchmen sometimes to just get into the next battle faster, but they put some good fighting elites in its place, so no harm done.

Since I have been using 6 heroes so I can bring 2 characters through at the same time, I have not used henchies for a while now. But still nice to know that they have been improved upon.

Haven't tried the henchman yet. Me and my gf always play together and never without eachother so +6 heroes at all times. :P

I couldn't agree with you more on charge especially on Devona in NF got some good free runs from her.It was usfull for going up the Shiverpeaks as well.I was surprised Orion didn't get meteor showers.It is nice to see Lina with condition removal.

I agree that they look stronger now. Charge was somehow useful, but I can live without it. A good update IMHO, and last but not least, removing touch spells from healers was hell about time..

The healer hench never used healing touch on us later on in the game only in very beginning.

They're so much better now but I really miss devona's charge lol.

i haven't used the new henchies much, but i will certainly miss the free Devona/Talon Canthan Express train.
it is nice to see all the bars updated though. some of the new ones aren't super great, but still a huge improvement over the old ones.

Stolen Souls
They do seem to be a bit better. Su is fun to use, but isn't all that great. Cynn using Never Surrender in eotn is pretty neat too. I never used the warrior henchies anyway so I can't really comment on them. Taking away the touch skills from the monks is a big plus.

Yea...echo the charge sentiment. Its ok, though, with decent builds you can squeeze "FALL BACK!" on a couple heroes easy.

Bah. Glad "Charge!" is gone from the Warrior henches - my MM Necro and his minions have enough trouble keeping up without the Devona & Co. speeding us up.

The two monk henchmen do any healing I need, bringing a hero healer is generally moot unless it's a spike area where UA could be used, which I'd just throw as an optional elite on one of my heroes anyway.
I'd rather run xandra for SoH and splinter, then necro for barbs and MoP, then a para for fallback, now that my charge is gone.

Overall, great. I agree with most, as I will miss charge. But the other skills are a great replacement.
Chiyo is always welcomed in my group now ^^.
