Contact points for support?

What other ways do I have for contacting support?
I have made a thread a few months ago asking how I could contact support. In short: An unhelping PlayNC employee put me on a global ignore list. (I get no replies whatsoever from support) -It was the same employee who banned me in the first place-
Then I contacted Gaile on Wiki, but she was unhelping aswell. (She understood my situation, but she said there is nothing so could do -So I figured it's more of a "I want to help you, but it'll require too much effort"-)
I kept trying to ensist in helping me, because it was the only option I had, but it didn't take long for her to ignore me aswell. (I still have the record of all my emails. Never did I use offensive language. I always stayed friendly)
Anyone have any other ideas? Can someone re-post that phone number from Anet's office? (I live in europe) Somehow my older thread got deleted?
And on a last note: I find it totally unacceptable that customers get ignored when they're not being offensive in the slightest bit. This is worst support Anet has ever given me. (Usually it's slow, but alteast they try to help)

What is your question exactly. Maybe you can get help here on guru. If not, have you tried getting NC Soft website support for a particular product, i guess its GW?
I've had a couple of problems and the GW Gm's always helped me and resolved then within 3-10hours of wait.

What other contact points do you have to reach support/Anet in general?
Phone?
Other emails than support?
Personal? (Can you personally go to their office?)

well not sure to why you were banned. and being Ignored on a global level would be something real serious.
captain: guru members would not be able to do anything about a ban.
as for a phone number. it wont help you but the office is in bellvue
if your gonna fly up here to walk into the offices.

It seems they don't wanna talk to you. Maybe its best to let it go instead of phoning them or showing up at their office and getting arrested for harassment.

If they were going to help you, support or Gaille would have done it. Support has always been as helpful as humanly possible to EVERYONE but you, apparently (they were to me as well <not a ban issue, though>) so I highly doubt the problem lies with them, and you cant manage to get through your own post without going into capslock, so your claim of being 'nice' is pretty suspect.
