Agreed to salvage the mods and sell separately.

While it's not unheard of to find them for 5k in r9 command, they can sell for a lot higher I think. Lots of fans of the skin lurking around, and not many of them seen for sale.

Alas, r9 motivation is another story. Mot shields are usually no where near as popular to demand the kind of prices command shields get. I'd say wilderness' guess of 20k or so for r9 Mot is pretty close.
