Just in case you don't get any better guesses coming along ...

I'd guess the area of 60k or so for inherent r9 +5en gold Chaos Axe.

Price will be for the axe itself. The mods won't really affect it. If you want, you could strip the +30 and 20/20 with a perfect kit and sell them separately.
