What time do the new quests arive in GMT?

Will it be 12:01 (in little under 30 minute) or at 7 pm gmt (like today) or another time?.

The first quest arrived 4 hours and 41 minutes ago, or at 12PM PST in Lions Arch and Kamadan. I'd imagine the rest of the quests are going to follow that trend.

The above may not necessarily be true.

There won't be a definitive answer until much later, but it's not like it matters too much when the quests come out since you can do them any time you want before the event ends and the appropriate NPCs disappear.

Rather than setting your clock to GMT, it's probably better to set it to PDT, for the purpose of timing GW events.
