Hard to nail down PC targets on most greens right now, but we're working on it! (see the new stickies at the top - works in progess that need more user feedback on green prices.)
The stats are quite nice for Curses-heavy builds, and I can see it being useful. Seems like Discordway (using Death) has surpassed Sabway (which used one Curses necro usually) as the PvE H/H meta, so I'm not sure how much demand you'll find for that right now.
^^ Is all the background info I can give you. As for a price, anywhere from 3-8k, maybe? Like most greens, it's a question of finding willing buyers.
