When you buy the game, you pay for the key to make an online account, the disk's are useless. One client is used for all accounts, your account is stored on the internet.
Go to http://www.guildwars.com/download to download the game again.
Than once it's installed run the -image command over night to download everything into your client so you do not have to wait at loading screens.
Start > Run > "C:\Documents and Settings\Chris\My Documents\Guild Wars\Gw.exe" -image

Just to add to what Chrisworld said, be sure to take the -image out of the code before trying to play, or it will start downloading everything all over again.

Actually, my GW directory is in My Documents, yours will probably be in C:/Program Files/Guild Wars/gw.exe
