Dropping either Motivation or Command (whichever you're using) down to 6+1 means you can max out Spear Mastery. Since dropping it another point down to 5+1 achieves nothing, I'm not sure this shield would be worth a lot. 5k-ish maybe?

5k+ for sure, gold and nice skin helps here, if it was an ugly blue I would probably just merch.
