It is never safe to give anyone your account info to do it for you, if that is what you were implying.

However, several ways to buy your way to legendary survivor exist:

There is a dungeon quest you can buy the quest item for (i think its oozes) takes 700ish of them to get legendary survivor.

You can buy UW runs also
