Question about Necromancer Malaise christmas collector

Hi all i got a question about this npc collector for the christmas hollidays
Necromancer Malaise she trades 2 signed gargoyle skulls for 1 spiked eggnog

the problem is i never noticed this collector was around on the other hollidays and even previous christmas ones or did i just miss it otherwise i stop farming the skulls right now

lol, you must work at a retail store... you know, the kind that put up Christmas decorations in September. just messin' with ya

yeah, she's normally there. The first Wintersday it was a 1 for 1 trade. Twas awesomesocks, but they changed it after seeing how EVERYONE was farming the crap outta Gargoyles from Nolani into Diessa

Good times good times, I farmed the second event 3333gargoyle skulls to max drunkard titleXD. Then it was chrismass and you needed 2 for each spiked eggnog. So I farmed whole chrismass to get 6666 at the end.
