I did a quick Guild Wars based sketch of something that will be bigger.
Anyway this is the first time I'm doing computer aided help. Using GIMP. Advice and criticism would be appreciated.

Cool. Looks like it could be a character in Family Guy.

I like it
but i'd like to give some feedback.
- I'm not an expert nor can I draw good! So you don't have to take me serious.
1) the right foot. maybe point it the other way? and it's below the left foot. so it looks like the right leg is longer. I would make the right foot a little bit . uhm.. with a angle. you know? dunno in english,
2) less lines. try to make it more realistic? give him muscles etc.
3) he is standing a little bit strange imo.
my opinion about the guy.
1) I would give him a cooler hairstyle :P
2) armour in green is nice!
Good luck!

You should try a fix up the positioning.
His right foot is, well, you should notice.
He seems to be leaning toward his bow, which doesn't look right either.
He is also looking upwards when he is trying to look forwards, try moving the eyes downwards towards a centre-right position.
Since you have Gimp you should grab the eraser and remove some of those sketchy lines. If that's a style thing that you are trying to create try to keep it constant throughout the drawing.

This time I put another sketch through more filters for a cleaner feeling. I also touched up some spots with heavy sketch lines like in the last one that gave it the more raw feeling.
