I recently shopped for a pair of these myself. I found it might be possible to get some for as low as 10k and as high as 30k. Question of how much time you want to spend selling/buying, as always.

If they're for your own use, mod away! But I don't recommend adding mods to try to raise the value to meet or exceed what you could get selling the mods separately. If you're ready to spend some time selling them and you had the mods handy anyway, you can always offer an interested buyer the mods at a discount with the daggers.
