After reading the topic about being able to teleport heroes to the second room i decided to give it a go and make an efficient Hard Mode hero team setup. For those of you who did not read it: After you get into the start area of The Deep one human flags three heroes through the first open portal. The rest of the humans flag their heroes somewhere on the top. All humans go through the second portal and unflag all heroes. With a bit of moving around you get all 9 heroes in the second room.
This team set-up does not mean the humans have no active roll in the team build. It takes about 1hour to 1hour15minutes. That amount of time with just following heroes didn't do it for me. This build has been made for anyone who still needs The Deep statue but can't find a 12 man team. But now I will post the team set-up
Human 1 a perma assasin.
The Perma sin only needs to K/D the aspects with YmlaD and in Section 10 he has to aggro all the Sapping nightmares to the left. Recall on a teammate , get a bloof ritual and get all the Sapping Nightmares to aggro you and make a pathway for the rest of the team. Recall if they are in the area to section 11.
At kanaxai aggro kanaxai, k/d him three times to get three spawns of Nightmares up. Kanaxai can only have three spawns up. He gets spawns when he gets k/d.

Guide to The Deep
I will post screenshots of hero flag locations later. I will try to explain everything below though.
After you are in room 2 with all the heroes put up spirits and flag every hero near the spirits. Aggro all the foes. After the foes are dead go into the room. Knock down the Aspect with You Move Like a dwarf when he stops taking damage. You need to knock him down at that time else he will stop taking damage. This is the same for all the Aspects and Kanaxai.
Get into the gateway and flag all heroes. Put up wards + spirits and aggro foes. After they die kill the aspect and remaining Blessed Manta.
After you killed the aspect get into the next area. It has 50% slower movement. Get up the hill to the left. Flag heroes put up spirits and kill the entire left side. Aggro the patrolling side in the center and the one that goes from the right to the centre. Kill these foes, then kill the remaining foes including aspect. Talk to the fire flower to shut it down.
Now get to the gate and kill the group on the other side of the closed gate.
After you killed these foes flag the 2 MM's + a Resto rit and the perma sin + the /Me on all the wooden things. Put them on the center square. THis will open the gate. Flag every remaining hero on the other side of the gate including the ?/Mo with unyielding aura. After they are in all the heroes + humans should go to the gate and hug it. The group that made it into the next room should kill the group of outcast closest to you and walk into the center and lure the Aspect if he is close to you. When you lured the aspect you will notice that groups of Nightmares are going to the people hugging the gate. Kill the aspect and then ressurect all the humans and heroes with Unyielding Aura. Now all people are in the new room. Everyone should go down the small slope and wait in the center. First aggro the group on the left side of you. Get out of aggro range so they get away from the wall that is stopping the minions from hitting them. Do the same with the group on the right. After you killed these kill the remaining group and maybe the aspect.
After you finished this room flag all heroes just outside of the gate and out of the effect. This effect makes spell fail. The perma sin should now recall on a person and hug the right of the area. Pull a group of outcast that patrol with a longbow and get back to the stairs. Recall when the minions are aggroing the outcast and wait for the outcast to be killed. Repeat this till all the patrols are dead. Now everyone should hug the right wall and go into a small indent where the area of effect is not active( I will post a screenshot of this area). The perma sin should aggro the aspect and kill it. Ignore the remaining outcast they are stationary.
The next area is easier than the previous two. But there are alot of oni spawns ( I will post a screenshot of the spawns ). Carefully sweep this area. Hug the left wall and ignore the Leviathan. You are capable of killing it but it's a waste of time. Talk to the fireflower to shut it down. Kill the aspect and move close to the Reborn Irukjandi near the stairway infront of you.
The next area has a teleport and knockdown. Flag all heroes near the irukjandi. The Perma sin should pull the Oni of the Deep that are patrolling. Be patient, this area is difficult. After you killed the Oni, kill the closest outcast. Now kill the patrolling Outcast group. Then take the group to the right. And then the Aspect.
After you killed the Aspect go into the next area. It is a +10% speedboost area with 25 damage while moving. Wait on the first bridge you come over and notice groups coming towards you from the entrance you just passed. Kill all the foes that are coming and move on from the bridge. There is a spawn of Oni close to the bridge mind that patrol. Talk to the Thorn flowers to shut them down. Carefully move on as you get more popups. When you cross the next bridge there are going to be more Oni's about 9 will come. Kill these oni's and move on to the next bridge. Flag all heroes on the bridge and sweep the area near the Aspect to get more oni popups. Kill the aspect.
After you killed the aspect the perma sin should cast recall on a person and go into the room to get the Aspect to put up a small speech. Now alot of popups of Nightmares will come. Now a human should manually cast blood ritual on the perma sin. The perma sin should cast Shadow form, recast blood ritual and go into the room aggro all the nightmares and take them to the left so there is a passage way for all the humans + heroes. Flag your own heroes near the aspect. Get to the Aspect from the right and kill him. Move on into the small passage way behind the Aspect. Now the Perma sin should cancel recall and continue into the next room with the team.
From now on the dungeon is easier.
Ignore the Aspect follow the left wall. Carefully sweep the area and kill popups. Talk to all the bleeding flowers and kill the group of Outcast. When you get close to the next area a popup of oni will come.
This is the forlast area. It is an area with alot of popups. Sweep the area kill the popups and the aspect.
Now on your left hand is the chamber where Kanaxai is stationed.
The permasin should cast shadow form and aggro Kanaxai from the right. Aggro him and use You move like a dwarf. Move away from him and a popup of Nightmares will come. Aggro this popup behind u and use You Move like a Dwarf again. Mind your energy here. Take your time. Use you move like a dwarf again and the last spawn of Nightmares will aggro you. Now get out of range of Kanaxai so he moves out of his area. Lure the Nightmares in a way that the heroes + humans can get past them and Kanaxai isn't aggroed by you. This will be the easiest from the right if you enter the room.
The team should now aggro Kanaxai. The ?/Me should Inspire Enchant all of Kanaxai's enchantment and You Move like a Dwarf him when he stops taking damage. He should fall in about 2-3 minutes.
Get your drops and let the perma sin take his drops aswell.
/resign and you have just finished The Deep with Heroes.
