Ok. it seems not many agree with my thread, and its abit better for Gw2w. therefore i'd like mods to close it. thx

I don't think quest access should be based upon ingame wealth you have acquired in a completely different game. This would make it unfair towards people who did not play GW1 long enough to gain or buy any of the minipets, or did not play GW1 at all...

Other then that, I see some neat idea's such as the strong lockpick (which I would rename however to something more imaginary. Enchanted Lockpick, perhaps?)

The no advantage ideas like the Tonic and Minipets are nice. The idea of an unbreakable lockpick is also cool, and it cannot be abused. Making the Minis untradeable is also very good.
I wouldn't like to see anything like health boosts or rank bonuses, anything giving an advantage is a bad idea.
For Minipets I would change it to a GW2 Mini for every 10 or so GW mini's, rather than having to collect an entire years worth.

Don't do quests for specific items or titles. I don't see a problem with a quest chain for GW1 owners that gives an untradable reward(s). Like the BMP.
I don't like the idea of a KOABD armour. Chances are it will end up looking horrible.

1) Post this on the correct forum. This is for GW ideas, not GW2.
2) We know very little about what the HoM will do, and how GW2 will play. Your ideas may work, and they may not. Try at least waiting until you know what is possible before suggesting things.

This will get locked though, as there is a GW2 forum for this stuff. +1 anyway.

and minipets idea is strange.
i placed about 20 minipets. but from different years. and now i won't get anything? that's unfair lol. then why did i actually dedicate them..
