check high end forums there is one for sale there, but you are looking at 4000e-4500e easy x 6k per ecto 24-27 million.

That guide is based on demand and supply.
Since there is very low supply and high demand, you can realistically charge whatever you want.
People looking for the highest end pets will have the ecto amount to pay anything to outbid anyone else. That is why the guide cannot be realistic.
Having said that, 20-25 mil sounds realistic.
