I am in GMT +1. But I converted my time to GMT to make it easier. If you want to have it in GMT +1 then I was in LA from 22:50-23:25

I am in GMT+1 (Netherlands) and the Mad King appeared at 11PM local time (Saturday the 31st by the way). You say you were there that time. Well, I don't know what happened.

If the Mad King never appeared then you were probably there at the wrong day and the wrong time. I attended every event and Mad King Thorn always appeared and I always got hats and ToT bags.
