Choose a random NPC. They will have a 3D model, a texture for that model, text for dialog, etc. There are separate files for each.

Mad King's Steward will reward previously open 'Every Bit Helps' (given you have 3 Captured Skeletons), but it's no longer repeatable.

It does that whenever wiki temporarily goes down/crashes. It's nothing to be concerned about-- it usually comes back rather quickly (within a minute of 2).

Glad the stewart is back I have a full mobstopper. My active quest yesturday would send you to an empty spot.
