I keep trying to access wiki.guildwars.com
But keep egtting redirected here http://www.guildwars.com/support/networknews/

Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes, it happened to me. After a couple of tried it does finally get to the actual wiki. But no newish RC so.. others are experiencing this too.
