How can I find the CD Keys associated with my account?

So I've been trying to recover my NCSoft master account and along with some other information, I need to provide the CD keys associated with my Guild Wars account.
The problem is, I have Nightfall, Prophecies, and Factions, but I only have the CD key for Prophecies. The other two games I bought online and do not have the physical box. For some stupid reason I forgot to record the CD keys.
Therefore, is there any way to find the CD keys used in my account without access to the NCSoft master account?
Please, I really want access to my master account.

The issue is they ask for the keys to prevent people who hack your account from accessing your plaync master account. If you could find out the cd keys via your client....wouldn't that defeat the purpose?

Try your proph access key. If it doesn't accept it, your screwed.

Try the one you have, I hope you used that key to actually create your account. Otherwise, without any other proof, you are boned. You gotta keep them keys in a safe place. Also: Check any emails you have IF the chance is that you ever bought anything in the online store. Keys are even used for things like char slots and other small upgrades.

when you buy soemthing from NCsoft, you will get a virtual reciept emailed to you. if you can send this virtual reciecpt to NCSoft, via email fw: or anything similar, maybe they can provide you with the keys again.

You're not that 'boned'. I had a problem with my account once and needed to prove I was the owner of it. When I got my accounts I was living with someone who also played the game and we both had exactly the same copies of the games. When I left, I grabbed the boxes but ended up with their versions or those of our storage accounts. None of the keys I had matched those on my account, but they were all legit keys. I explained my situation and they were able to address my issue anyway.

OP: the Prophecies key will probably be enough. Otherwise you could provide some details around the payment made for your Factions and Nightfall or similar.

if you purchased your game(s) from a store then there should have been an insert inside the packaging that you should have kept.. if you paid for it online, you would have recieved a reciept with the keys on them in your email.. if you dont have those yer screwed. As a safeguard i always keep my reciepts to anything i buy in a seperate folder in my email so i cant accidentally delete them.

I realise they have to be careful but if you have the prophesies details that should prove the case unless the other games were installed as separate accounts.

If they are all on one account then Factions and NF are just upgrades to the original account and I cannot see how they could have been added any other way.

ok its possible you could have copied codes from someone and added them but they would have to have been unused so its a pretty unlikely event.

Suggest when they do give you the details to make copies this time print out emails digital photos or whatever.

Im sure if you have the same pc/hard drive your keys are still there

Berlac advisor was a programe that gives you the details of your hard drive dont know if its still available or not.as keys are given when you run it on your pc

You said to recover your master account if you submit your full information

Name and address

the prophecies key

when purchased..you can state when you bought the others also

As security is important..you must know your login name and password
your email always has a copy of any transaction you made through the NCsoft store

As confirmation of purchase is sent to your email.

Out of curiosity do you never keep a hold of any transactions you made online as these are also within your email.

As security is a big part here so give them as much information you can esp where the part here you purchased the online campaigns

Correct all you need to play the game is download the software and log in using the email address and password you used before.

He wants to gain access to the nc master account and that requires seperate email and password details.

If you forget those you have to prove to support that you are the genuine owner of the account usually by the setup codes that came with the game.
