Just happened to spot this thread title and thought I'd report my findings.

1. Axe Grip of Tenguslaying (Dmg +20% vs Tengu)
- popular and in-demand right now with feather farmers. I don't know the average market price, but two days ago I arranged to buy a 20vTengu Sword Pommel from a seller for 25k. As the Sword mods seem to fetch 50-100% more than Axes for demonslayers, I'll guess your axe grip is in the 15-20k range? Not sure.

2. Bow Grip of Charrslaying (Dmg +20% vs Charr)
- Fairly easy to salvage these off Ascalon area collector weapons, and there's not a huge demand for them besides the novelty aspect. I'd say 4k tops, probably more like 1-2k.

3. Bow Grip of Dwarfslaying (Dmg +20% vs Dwaves)
- Again, just no meta farming that makes use of these to raise the price above novelty items. Likely 1-2k.
