how to keep up spellbeaker with echo

well, first off. are you telling us how to do this or are you asking a question?

if you are asking a question then this is how. You have 2 monks; 1 600, 1 smiter. This smiter needs to have echo. Only 1 elite per person (this monk can use blood ritual instead of blood is power for energy regen). The 600 must have arcane mimicry and spell breaker. The 600 needs to cast arcane mimicry on the smiter to copy echo. then he/she can use echo + spell breaker.

That will not work. If the smiter have Echo he is secondary mesmer so he cannot have Blood Ritual. It will also be risky in a battle to cast two skills just to repeat SB. Why not just use Arcane Echo?
