This staff is r9 communing inscribable and all that stuff, bought it for my rit but it made him look like a moron... doing b/o only since i dont really care if it sells i can just give it to a hero if it doesn't. Figured I would try to sell since permas like to put a 20% enchantments on them and run around acting pro.
