~+15% vs hexed foes - bought for 2k; thank you very much to seller!
~+20% when health is below 50% - bought for 5.5k, thank you Achrr

Well, I have a q8 15 vs hexed Shadow Blade sitting around somewhere, but I have NO idea about the price... If you are at all interested (I know you said you bought the q9 version, but worth a shot), then feel free to PM me here or in game (Drelias Melaku)
