there are few mesmers out there, comparing to any other class, so those compasses ain't that hot. high req makes them even less hot, i'd say ~20k each, you might get more if they stay here for a while on a sale thread or you find someone really looking for one.
chaos axe seems nice, though i wouldn't hope for more than 30k for it. if it was non-insc with 15^50 or other hot inherent mod, it might be 60k+ (sold non-insc r9 15^50 for 65k in no time).

R9 Insc Chaos Axe will bring more than 30k. I'm gonna issue a guess of twice that amount. get more opinions, but pretty sure 30 is low.

chaos axe ~50k imo.
pyroclastic could pull 15k easy, 20 with some coercion.
