Lacking any better answers, I've seen them offered for sale in game for 40-50e lately. (So if you figure 1e ~ 6.25k right now, that's 250-310k.)

I've no idea how inflated those asking prices are (but I tend to suspect anything pricey advertised in Kamadan is inflated,) nor do I know a low end seen on recent sales.
