3. Jade Staff
Req. 9 Blood Magic
HCT Healing Prayers 19% (inherent)

+ 7 armor vs. elemental

4. White Reaver
Req. 9 Axe
+19% dmg. under 50 HP (inherent)
Ebon

All Staves have HSR 20% .

BTW: Does it really make much difference to the value if the mods are changed in any way? There seem to be some who are willing pay more for
perfect modded stuff.....

dont merch that first staff.

I agree that the jade staff & the reaver are certainly merch, but you need more opinions on the other two, imo. They wont make you rich, either one of them, but can do better than merch I'm pretty sure.

Also - to answer your question: don't mod things for sale. take mods and sell separately. Let your buyers mod things the way they want to.
