It's tricky. There aren't a lot of them around for sale, and they do have their fans. But I also see them sit around untouched on clear-out kind of threads a lot. If you can find a buyer, seems like 5kish would be a fair price. Hard to say.
R9 Insc. Golden Phoenix Blade - +30HP and Zealous on there atm
I'll trust Cus's guess.
R11 Insc. Runic Blade
Not at all sure, but thinking 3kish - r11 makes things hard to sell, esp. when inscribable.
R9 Curses Non Insc. Ghostly Staff - 20% blind inherent, 20 ench and Armor +5
Thinking merch food (remember to check mod values before you sell or merch anything.) I just can't see the -blind inherent mod being valuable, sorry. If it were -crippled and you wanted to really work it, you might get a few plat selling it as a "Runner's Staff" or something. Although I don't know if that would work.
R9 DF Insc. Clean Platinum Staff
Well sold, these might still fetch up to 15k or so I think.
R9 Insc. Platinum Blade
Again, well sold, maybe up to 10k?
R9 Fire Pyrewood Staff
Maybe up to ... 8k?
The insc. platinum stuff is tricky - lots of it drops in Frostmaw's, but it's also quite popular. I think it's a matter of how much time you're willing to invest in selling it and/or how lucky you are at running into motivated buyers.
Cheers & GL!

Bought an r9 inscr 15^50 +30hp and vamp Azure for 10k recently, so it isnt worth a huge amount inscr.
Id suggest 5-10k.
Edit: Woops meant inscr, not inherent.

Well all Azures are insc , NF drop and so on. 5kish for them. 7-10k For R9 platinum blade and little less for Pyrewood staff , weaponsmith from NF can make it.
