Celestial Longbows are available inscribable now, so I can't see you getting much more than a couple plat for an r12 14wE (assumed inherent) version. And I think that would be tough to sell.
If the Fellblade has no inherent damage mod or inscription slot, then I doubt it's worth the value of the iron ingots it would salvage into.
