Dhuum Explanation

Ok, so after filling up his red bar what do you do? Threads on the forums haven't really given a lot of specifics and I'm kinda looking for a detailed explanation. Maybe like a walk-through of what you do once you get to the HoJ. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Wiki says: Drop him to 25% hp.

His rest bar has to fill up and you have to drop him ti 25% health. If you kill him before, he will die but the reapers will keep using the rest skill, so you have to wait anyway.

This right here. You just need to wait it out until the awesome bastard is put back to "sleep".
