PC please on Max Gold Poisoners Spatha of Deathbane & 1 upgrade please

Could someone please value the sword & upgrade item below. Sword is not great as has 12 req but carries Damage +20% (vs Undead) modifier.
Also i've not seen an elemental upgrade for a staff before, so curious if its worth anything..........Cheers all!!

1. Poisoner's Spatha of Deathbane (req 12)
Lengthens Poison duration on foes.
Damage +20% (vs Undead)

2. Staff Wrapping of Earth Magic
Earth Magic +1 (18%)
