Well I was trying to get a nice action shot of my necro's caster set...
and when trying to get a screenie mid-throw this is what a spear actually looks like in flight!



The metal part appears to be reversed...thats supposed to be a draconic spear dyed about the color of the shield. If you don't know what it's supposed to look like heres a pic from wiki:



Just something I thought was cool...

LOL why is it reversed and how did the metal flamey part suddenly become a large piece of metal that sticks straight though the spear?

Nice find anyways.

EDIT: Oh just the metal flame part is reversed.. Misread, thats pretty funny still though.

Lol this is kinda funny. Throw a Voltaic Spear. It turns into an ugly white color (similar to that of a spear of the hierophant).

Norn spear does the same thing. when you throw it it flips backwards.

The voltaic spear reverts to the undyed version when thrown. Don't know if all spears do, but it's particularly obvious with the VS.

It also seems to depend how "close" (zoomed in) because it looks fine when at the farthest view. And I guess all spears change colors back to undyed since the draconic did too.

That draconic spear glitch makes it looks somewhat like a great sword. As if it is falling towards your necro and it is trying to catch it.
